Elise and Stephen are Portland (area), Oregon dwellers and flew across the country this spring to celebrate there one year anniversary in Manhattan. Romantic, right?! These two met in college at George Fox University and fell in love. They are true go getters and the kind of people you get excited about having a good intellectual conversation with. Elise and I have been friends for over ten years now (my how time flies!) and It was a true honor to get to photograph her and her husband in New York. Elise and I shave always shared a love for baking, good books, Harry Potter and pretty much everything BBC related. I could go on and on about our similarities but needless to say she’s a pretty rad gal who I’m so glad I’ve been able to keep in touch with all these years. So so happy for you two and can’t wait to see you again!
